I plunge into the problem, adopt it as my own, and work relentlessly to fix it as if it were the fight of my life. There’s a core truth to every business problem. It’s usually a tortuous and gut-wrenching process to get at that core truth, but I do help brands get there. Getting the brand to embrace that core truth -- ending denial -- is half the solution. The rest is implementing an imaginative way out – something never dreamed of before. It’s really not possible to arrive at that new level of solution while still wallowing in the old world. This is how I help companies with their business problems.
